Why should you be thinking about vulnerable people?

As a result of the pandemic, more and more people will fall into the vulnerable category which may be caused by mental or physical illness, job loss or bereavement. Coupled with this there is now a greater spotlight across all industries, but particularly in the finance and charity sectors, on how organisations engage with vulnerable people.

Financial organisations, in particular,  have a regulatory responsibility to identify and protect vulnerable people when they interact with them and will increasingly come under scrutiny to make sure they are fully complying.

We've developed a brand new training and audit programme to provide our clients with helpful guidance on how they can identify, understand and engage positively with vulnerable people, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved.
