Vulnerable Customer Training

Our training covers the core principles of engaging with vulnerable people and is an excellent start-point from which you can build your organisation's programme of activity in this area. Training can be run face-to-face or as an interactive webinar, and covers the following:

Vulnerable Customer Audit

Industry guidance, particularly in the finance sector, requires organisations to look beyond policies and processes to ensure that the fair treatment of vulnerable customers is embedded in company culture, right across the board. 

Working from the FCA consultation documents and in anticipation of the final guidance published winter 2020 we work with organisations to review current processes, policies and culture. We take a common sense approach, build on our vast experience working in the financial services industry and draw on our relevant expertise in the Over 50s space.
